Tommy, a 19 year old criminal, revels in a life of drugs, parties, and violence. One night, on a bender with his reckless friends, Tommy is kidnapped. He awakens in a dark basement, chained to the wall and forced into a rehabilitation process by a dysfunctional couple. He must comply with their relentless mind games as he seeks a way out.
